Why You'll Love It
The Feel of the Place
South Jordan's homes are relatively new (the median build year is around 2007). Much of the growth is in Daybreak, a master-planned community around 67-acre Oquirrh Lake with miles of trails, alongside established neighborhoods like Glenmoor around Glenmoor Golf Club.
Few suburbs have both TRAX, with Red Line stations at South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan Downtown and Daybreak Parkway, and a FrontRunner station.
Downtown Daybreak is home to The Ballpark at America First Square, where the Triple-A Salt Lake Bees play, and The District has major shopping and dining. Joshua Sterling, REALTOR® with RE/MAX Associates, has helped families buy and sell homes in South Jordan.
