Hi, I'm Joshua Sterling.
Let's make your next move feel a little easier.
I'm a husband and a dad to four daughters. I grew up in Kansas and moved to Utah in 2013 to attend BYU. Somewhere between the mountains, the people, and building a life with my family, this became home — where my wife and I are raising our girls, where I've built my career, and where I own and invest in rental properties.
For the past six years, I've helped more than 200 Utah families buy and sell homes, and have been honored to rank among the Top 1% of Realtors in the state. Investing personally keeps me closely connected to the market, but the part I value most is helping people feel genuinely cared for throughout the process.
