Why You'll Love It
The Feel of the Place
West Jordan was settled around 1848. Archibald Gardner's 1877 mill is on the National Register and anchors Gardner Village, with local shops, Archibald's Restaurant and seasonal events like WitchFest. The Western Stampede rodeo and July 4th celebration has run for nearly 70 years at Veterans Memorial Park.
TRAX Red Line stations (Historic Gardner, West Jordan City Center, Jordan Valley and more), the Mountain View Corridor and I-15 make commuting flexible, and Jordan Landing is a major shopping center.
Housing ranges from established 1990s ramblers and townhomes to the new Terraine master-planned community on the west bench and luxury new builds. Joshua Sterling, REALTOR® with RE/MAX Associates, has helped a family buy a home in West Jordan.

School boundaries, enrollment, and programs may change over time. West Jordan is served by Jordan School District. We recommend confirming attendance boundaries and school assignments directly with the district before purchasing a home.
