Why You'll Love It
The Feel of the Place
The TRAX Green Line starts at West Valley Central and runs to downtown Salt Lake City and the airport, with four stations in the city, and the Midvalley Express bus line connects east to Murray.
The Maverik Center (home of the Utah Grizzlies and an Olympic hockey venue) and the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre bring big events close to home, and the Utah Cultural Celebration Center hosts festivals and art.
Centennial Park, Decker Lake, the Redwood Nature Area, the Jordan River Parkway and two city golf courses (Stonebridge and The Ridge) give the city plenty of outdoor space.

School boundaries, enrollment, and programs may change over time. Served by Granite School District. Granite closed Orchard and Redwood elementaries in 2025 and shifted some boundaries. Granite is running a districtwide enrollment study with an outside consultant (first community meeting Nov 19, 2026) that could lead to future boundary changes or school closures; no recommendations have been made yet. Confirm school assignments with the district. We recommend confirming attendance boundaries and school assignments directly with the district before purchasing a home.
