Why You'll Love It
The Feel of the Place
Taylorsville sits between I-215 and Bangerter Highway, and the all-electric Midvalley Express bus line opened in April 2026, linking the city to TRAX at West Valley Central and to TRAX and FrontRunner at Murray Central.
Valley Regional Park covers about 90 acres with disc golf, ballfields and trails, and the Jordan River Parkway runs along the city's east edge.
The Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center next to City Hall hosts a full season of shows, and Salt Lake Community College's Redwood campus is in town.

School boundaries, enrollment, and programs may change over time. Served by Granite School District. Granite is running a districtwide enrollment study with an outside consultant (first community meeting Nov 19, 2026) that could lead to future boundary changes or school closures; no recommendations have been made yet. Confirm school assignments with the district. We recommend confirming attendance boundaries and school assignments directly with the district before purchasing a home.
