Why You'll Love It
The Feel of the Place
White City was founded in 1955 by developer Ken White; the first homes went up on Galena Drive in 1957. It became a township in 2006, a metro township in 2017 and a city in 2024, and residents still guard its small-town feel.
Big Bear Park, a 14.6-acre park with its granite bear, pavilion and tennis courts, is the heart of town, and the lighted White City Canal Trail crosses Dimple Dell on a covered bridge.
Most homes are brick ramblers with basements on mineral- and flower-named streets, mostly without HOAs, minutes from I-15 and the canyons.

School boundaries, enrollment, and programs may change over time. Served by Canyons School District. Most homes attend Glacier Hills Elementary; some in the south attend Alta View. Canyons is reviewing enrollment districtwide through 2026–27, including middle and high school boundaries; no change affecting White City has been approved. Confirm assignments by address with the district. We recommend confirming attendance boundaries and school assignments directly with the district before purchasing a home.
