Why You'll Love It
The Feel of the Place
Goshen was settled in 1857, incorporated in 1910, and still has fewer than 1,000 residents. Zoning ranges from 1/3-acre town lots to 2.5- and 5-acre parcels meant for horses and hobby farms. Homes are mostly single-family, and many are on septic.
Goshen Days and the Goshen Valley Riding Club Rodeo in July, the week before Pioneer Day, are the big town events. Goshen Bay, on Utah Lake's south end, is now home to the new Goshen Bay Waterfowl Management Area, created by the Legislature in 2026 for hunting, fishing and wildlife viewing. Santaquin and Payson cover shopping and the I-15 on-ramp. Joshua Sterling, REALTOR® with RE/MAX Associates, has helped a buyer find a home in Goshen.
